We provide "Comfort Service" as our standard service. These charges are included in the room rental fee.
"Comfort Service" includes bedding rental and room cleaning service twice a week. This service is offered as per your request and this service fee is included in the room rental fee. Please find details below.
Bedding (duvets, mattress pads, pillows, cushions, and bed linens) and towels can be rented at check-in time.
Performed twice a week (on Mondays and Thursdays at fixed times) upon request, it includes the following services:
* Cleaning up of room carpet, kitchen and bathroom
* Replacement of bed linens and towels
* Collection of garbage
Do you provide a laundry service?
Each room is equipped with a drum-type washer/dryer as well as an iron for your daily use. And you can request laundry service at the housekeeping although it is an extra charge.
Do you provide a front desk service?
24 hour reception and concierge services are not available. Our office is next to the apartment however, so you can consult with us during our office hours.
Office Hours : Monday through Friday (except holidays), 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Is breakfast service available?
There is neither a restaurant nor meal service inside the facility. A bakery and a supermarket are near the apartment and you can cook yourself using the kitchen.
Is a relaxation service like massage available?
No, it is not.
Do you provide transportation service from the station to JIJUDEN?
No. Please take a taxi or other transportation to JIJUDEN on your check-in day. Please check the ‘Access’ page in the top menu for access from the station or the airport.
