| The Main House was built
before the 2nd World War, in a traditional style
of architecture called “Sukiya”,
a style used for building teahouses. The house
was first used as a retirement villa for an
army general
Now this is where our guests can
relax, read and eat, and together with the guestrooms
building designed in the style of a modern Japanese
hotel and the Japanese gardens, they form JIJUDEN.
The Main House comprises the Japanese tearoom,
the library and its adjacent reading room, and
cafe Tsusen, reserved to our guests only. The
Main House is open from 8 A.M to 11 P.M
